Our farm is surrounded by unspoilt countryside, amidst holms, oaks, strawberry trees, ash trees, wonderful brooms framing our olive groves; due to its exceptional quiet, it is also populated by much of the local wildlife (it’s not unusual to run into hares, deer, pheasants, buzzards); it takes advantage of a favorable geographic location as for exposure to sunlight and wind, geomorphology and soil physico-chemical properties…
It’s just the perfect home for our olive trees and high quality olive oil production.
